Thank you so much to everyone who has donated to Johanna's Brain so far. You'd be amazed at how much it costs to fight a brain tumor. Those little rascals are expensive, and hopefully not resilient. Johanna will continue to be monitored closely by both her oncologist and neurologist. They continue recommending MRIs every three months for the foreseeable future.

If you donate here, how will the money be used? For current medical expenses related to Johanna's most recent surgery, daily chemotherapy regiments and visual occupational therapy. At this point, Johanna is still uncertain about how much she'll be responsible for, but the bills continue to roll in. As has been the case for the past 14 years, Johanna's brain is a surprisingly expensive organ to maintain.
